We provide coaching and training courses (under the banner brand of Happy Confident Kids & Confident Young People), not limited to but including workshops for children and young people, training sessions for parents and teaching staff, training sessions for any person(s) who may benefit from our skills in NLP, education and therapy.
We are always committed to offering all clients and customers an efficient, effective and quality service.
If there is any aspect of our work or service with which you are unhappy, please raise it with us. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve matters between us then it will be dealt with under our complaints procedure. A copy of our complaints procedure can be found on the Happy Confident Kids website .
Payment Terms:
Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice. All fees are inclusive of GST.
We will render invoices on completion of the course, training or workshop, unless agreed otherwise with you.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours notice otherwise may be charged at 50% of the full session rate. (Training courses & workshops are run in small group sessions with limited spaces, and short notice can affect the group)
The fee will not be refunded because of a failure to attend the training course.
Confidentiality:
Sessions are confidential, the only exception is should a situation arise where harm to others or the client is an identified risk. Consent to share such information will be sought if considered appropriate to do so. Safeguarding vulnerable children and adults is paramount.
Privacy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020). At the conclusion of the sessions, training or workshop, any personal information and documentation will either be kept securely as paper copies or scanned and stored electronically utilising cloud storage and will be kept for 7 years.
