Confident Kids equips children and young people with life skills to manage their own emotions, resolve anxiety, grow in confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
Our fun, innovative, and engaging methods combine neurolinguistics (NLP), play-based therapy, and coaching; teaching children how to overcome their negative thoughts and behaviours.
What we offer:
Workshops
For children / teens
Equip young people with the skills to manage their own emotions, deal with anxiety, overcome anger, grow in confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
Through series of games and exercises, with a focus on having fun.
Parents/caregivers are invited to take part in the workshops to ensure children have access to continued support at home.
Training
For parents, carers and educators
Courses designed to equip you / your organisation with additional strategies to support children in your care to overcome anxiety, build confidence and self-esteem.
